Course Objectives
After completing this course, the participant will be able to:

- Identify and differentiate key stages of this transition, from perimenopause, menopause, to postmenopause, and recognize their physical, emotional, and energetic presentations.
- Apply TCM diagnostic frameworks, including Yin-Yang, Qi-Blood, and Jing dynamics, to interpret symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances, mood shifts, and metabolic changes.
- Develop individualized acupuncture and herbal protocols to regulate hormonal balance, reduce discomfort such as heat sensations and emotional volatility, and support overall well-being.
