How does it work?
How does ACEU Masters work?
- Account Setup: Create a free account by clicking "Members Login" or Create an Account". Please record your chosen password for future access.
- Purchase Course: Add your desired course or package to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Course Access: After placing your order, your course will be waiting for you in your account.
- Course Completion: Review the course material and take the self-administered quiz.
- Instant Certification: Upon successful quiz completion, your certificate of completion will be emailed to you and/or downloadable. Your Professional Development Activities (PDAs) will be reported to the NCCAOM within 24 business hours.
All steps are conducted online for your convenience, eliminating the need for email correspondence or waiting periods for certification.

- Navigate: Click your state board at the top of the page. If your state is not listed, or you are not licensed with NCCAOM, please e-mail us here.
- Choose: Select your desired course.

How do I receive my certificate of completion?
Your certificate of completion is emailed to your email address upon completion of the board required self-administered quiz.
For NCCAOM Certificates: ACEU Masters will report your completed CEUs/PDAs to the NCCAOM within one business day. An email from NCCAOM will grant you access to your official certificate.
We report CEU credits you have completed with your state board. We do not submit the certificates on behalf of licensed acupuncturists to state boards. This is the responsibility of the licensee as requested. If you have questions about submitting your renewal certificates and how to do so, please contact your board director directly.
Keep your official certificates for a period of 4 years from the course completion date.

What are the requirements for continuing education?
To find continuing education requirements, you’ll want to check your state’s requirements page under “Courses By State” on our main menu. It will usually specify things like:
- Number of CE/CAE/PDA hours required per renewal cycle
- How often you need to renew (every year, every two years, etc.)
- Required topic areas (e.g. ethics, safety, herbology, biomedicine)
- What courses/providers are approved
- Any special mandated courses (e.g. human trafficking prevention, CPR)
- Limits on what kinds of courses count (online vs in-person, business vs medical topics, etc.)
Do you report my completions to NCCAOM?
Yes. Upon completion of your PDAs, ACEU Masters will automatically report them to the NCCAOM, provided your profile information is accurate and matches what is registered with NCCAOM. Once the reporting is confirmed, you will receive an automated email from the NCCAOM with your official certificate.
Do you report my completions to CE Broker?
Yes, we report your completions to CE Broker on the same day you complete your course. If you haven’t seen the reporting yet, please double-check that your license number is entered in your profile and that it is in the correct format.
Can I receive credit for the same course more than once?
All courses, with the exception of Ethics, Safety, and CPR, may only be completed once in a lifetime for credit. Ethics, Safety, and CPR courses are permitted to be retaken for credit during each renewal period. Accordingly, these courses are listed on our website with a one-year expiration date.
Can you report my completions to multiple boards?
Yes. We can report your credits to multiple boards, provided your license information is entered accurately for each board in your profile.
Accessing your courses
How do I access my courses?
To access purchased courses, first log in to your account with us by clicking the 'Courses Login' button located at the top of the page. Use the full email address and password you set up during checkout. Once logged in, your registered courses will be displayed. Click a course title to proceed. Upon lesson completion, scroll to the page's bottom to find the self-administered quiz.
Do my courses expire?
No. Once you purchase the course, it is in your account for life. You may complete it at your leisure. However, you must pass the quiz for the certificate of completion and for the credits to be reported.
How many questions are on the quiz?
Your quiz will comprise 10 questions. Multiple attempts are permitted to achieve a passing score, with no additional cost for retakes.
I failed my quiz!
If you do not achieve a passing score on the quiz, you can review your answers and revisit the course material as needed. You have multiple opportunities to retake the quiz at no additional cost until a passing score is attained.
I forgot the password to my account
You will need to reset your password here, as ACEU Masters does not store passwords or credit card information.
If you do not see the password reset link in your inbox, please check your junk and/or spam folders. The link may take a few minutes to arrive.
I need to change the information on my account

Returns or exchanges
I purchased the wrong course
If you accidentally ordered the wrong course, not a problem! We can absolutely exchange the course for you. Please reach out to us here.
Can I return a course?
We want you to feel empowered and educated through our easy CEU system. Because our acupuncture course content is is immediately accessible post-purchase, course fees are non-refundable once the course has been started. If you have not initiated the course, we can provide a full refund within 30 days of enrollment. Simply email us at contact@aceumasters.com with your enrollment number, name, and what you would like to return or exchange.
No refunds can be issued once the certificate of completion is provided and PDAs have been reported to the NCCAOM or state board.
