Massachusetts Acupuncture Continuing Education Requirements - Massachusetts Accepts ACEU Masters

Below are details about acupuncture continuing education and license renewal in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts Continuing Education Requirements: Licensed acupuncturists must complete 30 hours every two-year renewal period. At least 15 of those hours must be directly related to acupuncture for all licensees. For practitioners who are certified to employ herbs in their practice, 10 of the 30 hours must also be directly related to herbology. Massachusetts accepts qualifying NCCAOM-approved online continuing education courses toward these requirements. Licensees must attest completion on state board renewal forms and are subject to audit.
