Maryland Continuing Education Requirements: 30 hours are required every two-year renewal period. At least 20 of the 30 hours are required in formally recognized programs, such as NCCAOM. At least 1 hour must be completed in Implicit Bias. Maryland accepts all 30 hours in approved NCCAOM online continuing education courses. Licensee must attest completion on state board forms and are subject to audit.
